  My wife and I had a lot of problems with CBHofM. They were all smiles and handshakes until the construction was completed. Then we had many problems: The boiler has been replaced three times, the Lawn had to be re-seeded, the light outside had to be re-wired, drywall flaking, shingles had to be replaced, plumbing problems resulting in water damage, etc all within the first 3 years.
  
  We have owned the home for less than 3 years and spent hundreds of dollars in repairs. Everytime we tried to have them fix things, it was never covered. All of the independant plumbers, roofers, electricians we've had come in to fix things have said that the house was built poorly. I only hope we can sell it before anything terrible happens like an electrical fire.
  
  Please do not hire CBHofM. There are lots of other builders out there.
